Taking Time Off
We commit to giving students consistent lessons. Inevitably, you will likely miss work at some point. Here's the way to handle it.
Emergency Absence (sick, family emergency)
If you cannot attend work due to illness or a family emergency, we will notify students and attempt to book them for a makeup class. If they cannot come at any of the times that are open, we will give them a refund.
Please notify Aimee by phone as soon as you know you cannot come in.
Elective Time Off
For elective absences (gigs, vacation, etc) , we require a 10 day notice. All requests need to be made in writing using the form linked below. We will first try to book a substitute. If we cannot secure one, Aimee will work with you to open up make-up days.
