All-School Recital

What It Is
It’s a 2 day long event that consists of 14 separate back to back performances (about 1 hr. long each) including students from different instructors and instruments.
How It Works
There will be 7 performances each day. Your student will only perform in one show. You will sign up for the recital using the registration link Feb.1st-March 7th. Your instructor will be notified that you’ve signed up, then will help students choose an appropriate song.
Students will be scheduled into a recital time on a specific day. There is a “ preferred recital time” ranking section on the registration page. I will do my best to accommodate your preferences. You will be notified by your instructor of your specific day and time, then receive your ticket package with more day-of instructions and 5 tickets to the show.
For reference, last year's (2025) performance times were as follows:
Saturday: 9:30am, 10:30am, 11:30am, 1pm, 2:30pm, 4pm, 5:30pm, 7pm*
Sunday 10am, 11:30am, 1pm, 2:30pm, 4pm, 5:30pm, 7pm*
*7pm shows feature teens and adult students only
The Details
- It’s held at Rhythmix Cultural Works 2513 Blanding Ave., Alameda
- The recital fee is $60 for each participating student.
- Each performer will receive 5 tickets. Additional tickets will be sold at the event for $12/ea. The recital fee is still $60, whether or not you use all 5 tickets.
- The entry fee will be charged through TeacherZone once you register.
- Tickets will be good for all recitals during the entire weekend.
- Performers don’t need a ticket.
- There are over 250 performers. We are not able to accommodate special scheduling requests outside your submitted preferences. I will do my best to work around your preferences.
- Your instructor will let you know your final time and date of your performance by the end of March.
